You should introduce something "creative" into staff meetings. Like having everyone choose a fish name by which you are called at all staff meetings .

we all seem to be going through a period of discontent with our occupations recently. me, i don't have any idea what i want to do with my life. at one time i thought i did. i just know the current job isn't even close to it & anything else i'm finding isn't leading me down a path of happiness. just a way to get by.
