ominous

usually the patient notes in our medical billing system software display generic clinical things like "new med chart xx/xx/xx" or "schedule only with dr. x" or "pt refund sent xx/xx/xx". this one, however, gave me pause today:

chronically late. beware.

Must've been mine.....

But I do like "Beware." What are they not telling us??

i know, right? like maybe in their lateness they sneak up on the staff and kick them in the knees... or, when their appointment is cancelled they bust out the weapons?

We make similar notes on termination forms in our charts. I always feel like I'm giving the next therapist a heads-up with a note like "frequent no-shows" or "attended one session only"

But you're right, the "beware" slides from objective observation to personal commentary.

I'm so sorry I missed that one!

The lateness is probably due to them stopping over here first so we can give them more free stuff just for being unbalanced. Beware goes with the territory.....
