hummmmm....tough call. I love meat & potatoes, but the melted cheese on top is the breaking point. Would have to say "mildly" disgusting. Love the creativity though!!

Initially, I was taken aback. I this it is the t-bone/uterus, which I agree looks icky. It's because the frosting is red, so it recalls a raw piece of meat, not a nicely cooked one. And yeah, I could also do without the cheese.

But, after further consideration, I'd go more delectable than disgusting. I do love meatloaf.

i have to admit the pictures probably don't do it justice but i would try it! i love mashed potatos and meatloaf! that frosting does NOT look like ketchup though.. that's the only thing gross. i like that a-1 sauce idea!
