inaction

for about a week now, one of the two sinks in the bathroom has had an "out of order: sink drain is leaking" sign hanging on it. try as i might, i can't for the life of me think of an appropriately snarky yet not malicious note in response. any ideas? help me out here.

Well at least the sink leak is not draining.

That wasn't very good, but it's the first thing I thought of.

How about you attach the business card of a plumber to the sign.

is that better or worse than the drain being clogged?

i'm not entirely sure, but either is better than drippage.

i made a copy of the yellow pages "plumbing" section and added it to the sign. we'll see what they think.

i was told that as of 8:00 this morning, my addition was nowhere to be found. however, it does appear that the sink drain is currently being dismantled. yesssssss. vindication.
